About Our Organization
The Odell Public Library opened in March 2018. We started this Library on donations and volunteer hours. We are in a shared space with the local trails museum. We provide library services to our community and surrounding communities for 10 hours a week. We provide other programs for patron enjoyment such as book clubs, adult programs, children's programs and reading programs.
The Odell Public Library Restoration project is now in it's final stages of completion! We just need help getting across the finish line. We've raised $100,000 for this project and need $50,000 more to finish. Please see our slideshow for pictures of the progress.

The United Way pays half of the costs for providing the books in Gage County and the Imagination Library funds the remaining fee. The monthly price of the program in 2014 was $400, but has grown to $1,200 a month in 2024.
