About Our Organization
St. Paul's Lutheran School .... A Great Place to Grow! St. Paul's Lutheran School - Beatrice is a Christian school operated by St. Paul's Lutheran Church, a member of the Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod. Our school is committed to providing quality education for each child—mentally, physically, and spiritually. A caring environment provides an atmosphere where children can grow and learn in Christ. St. Paul's Lutheran School offers half-day Pre-K sessions (3 and 4 year-olds) and full-day Kindergarten through 5th grade.
At St. Paul’s Child Care Center we strive to provide a loving, nurturing and learning environment for your children. Our program believes that each child is a unique gift from God with their own individual learning styles and growth patterns. We follow the needs of developing young children in an informal environment that instills spiritual, mental, social, emotional and physical development.
St. Paul's Lutheran School is blessed with a wonderful facility to serve the children and families in our community and have been a part of Beatrice for well over 100 years. Thanks to help from Big Give Gage sponsors last year, we were able to complete our fantastic gym remodel, which serves as a multi-purpose space not only for our school, but for families and sports teams in our town. As we continue to maintain and improve our school building, we are turning our attention to another area in need of remodeling.
This year, we are reaching out to our community with an important request: our school's back hallway and kitchen are currently covered with an aging tile floor that is in urgent need of replacement to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for our students. The current tiles are worn and cracked, posing safety hazards and detracting from the overall appearance of our school. We are seeking donations to fund the installation of a durable and attractive epoxy floor, which will not only enhance the safety of our students but also provide a modern and vibrant space that reflects our commitment to excellence. Your generous support will make a significant difference in creating a better learning environment. Thank you for considering this opportunity to invest in our school's future!
St. Paul's Lutheran School has been making some changes. Not to the exceptional education and childcare that it provides for students of the community, but to its gym, which provides a place to play, present musicals, and conduct worship services, to name a few of its functions.
Here's what has been happening.... The aging and tired roof has been replaced. Fresh paint adorns the ceilings and walls. New LED lights brighten the room. A fabulous floor, that is safe, and durable has been installed; complete with basketball, volleyball, and pickleball courts.
The last item needed for this extreme makeover is new bleachers. The old wooden bleachers are worn and look out of place in this great new space. With your help, we will complete the makeover and have fantastic seating for the many functions our gym hosts.
Repair and replace the school gym floor. After many year of use by the school, daycare and congregation, we need repair and update the gym floor.
St. Paul's Lutheran School - A Great Place to Grow! Our 2021 project is growing outdoors with the seeds that were sown in 2020! An outdoor pavilion will provide our students with a place for outdoor chapel services and classroom activities. The pavilion's use will not be limited to the students and faculty of St. Paul's Lutheran School, it will serve as a venue for outdoor weddings, family gatherings, meetings, picnics and church functions. We appreciate your support of our school, and we look forward to serving the community with our new outdoor pavilion.
