This Year's Project: Empowering Gage County Cancer Patients to Focus on Healing

About Our Organization

We believe no cancer patient should fall behind on treatment because they struggle to afford their everyday expenses. Our mission is to provide practical and immediate financial assistance to eligible cancer patients in our community so they can focus on what matters most: healing.

We aspire to provide compassion and hope and remove barriers to care by providing housing and transportation grants for local cancer patients in need of additional support during their treatment journey.

All money raised during Big Give Gage will be used for Gage County residents. In 2023, HCF provided $10,500 in grants to 21 cancer patients ($500 each) in Gage County. This year, our grant size is increasing to $750 per patient. We need YOUR help to provide grants to 21+ Gage County, Nebraska patients who receive a cancer diagnosis this year so they can focus on healing.
